Getting to Naxos
Getting to Naxos it's easy and it can be done by either sea or air.
By sea: There are 8 to 10 departures / arrivals a day in high season from Piraeus (Athens Port) and
nearby islands.
The journey from Piraeus takes 5 to 6.5 hours by conventional ferry and and 3.5 hours by catamaran.
Mykonos is 40 minutes to 1 hour -depending on schedule- and Santorini is 2 to 3 hours (depending on schedule).
Both islands have international airport.
By air: There are 1-2 flights a day from Athens International Airport. Flight time is 30 minutes.
